Save both your time and money by taking a few extra moments to consult our size guides before making your purchase.
To improve accuracy, size guides are specific to each item and can be found on every product page. No need to chase your child around the house, simply measure against a piece of their clothing that currently fits well.
Of course, it’s possible that not every item you order will be a keeper. If you order something that doesn’t work out - we’ll be happy to help you get it right!
30 days for REFUND or EXCHANGE
We offer refunds or exchanges for a full 30 days after you have received your order.
Please help us process your refund or exchange promptly by ensuring your return-items are clean, unworn and unaltered.
Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Our Online Returns + Exchanges Form makes it easy to let us know which items you’d like to exchange or return.
2. RETURNS: Select the items you wish to return. Note the reason. We appreciate any information that would help us improve existing designs or future styles.
3. EXCHANGES: Select the items you wish to exchange and indicate your requested size or color. If the items are available, we will hold them for you and ship them immediately once your returns have been received.
4. FLAT RATE RETURN SHIPPING: A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover costs of return shipping and restocking for your items.

If you reside outside of Canada, please indicate on your customs form that the contents are a RETURN.
5. SHIPPING LABEL: You will automatically receive your printable return shipping label. Simply attach to your package and seal securely.
6. PACKAGING: If you are reusing a shipping package please remember to cover any previous labels and tracking codes on your package. Tracking information will be available through your Author store account.
7. YOUR REFUND will be issued to the form of payment used for purchase once when your items have been received and confirmed as eligible for refund at our office. Please allow 21 days for the credit to appear once your return has been processed.
